Estimates, Inspections, and Service Information

Any descriptions of services, pricing information, promotional statements, estimated timeframes, projected roof-life extensions, or other information displayed on the Website are general estimates only.

A request for an inspection, consultation, or estimate does not guarantee that:

• Ed Roofing will accept the requested work;
• A particular service will be suitable for your roof;
• A particular price or timeframe will apply;
• A roof will qualify for rejuvenation or restoration;
• A project will be completed in a single afternoon; or
• A roof will receive any specific extension of service life.

Actual conditions may not be apparent until an inspection is performed. Service recommendations may change based on the roof’s age, materials, structural condition, weather exposure, prior repairs, code requirements, accessibility, and other site-specific conditions.

Section 5

No Warranty Regarding Website Information or Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all content made available through the Website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Ed Roofing does not warrant or represent that:

• The Website will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free;
• The Website will be available at any particular time or location;
• Website content will be complete, accurate, current, or reliable;
• Defects or errors will be corrected;

• Any particular service will be available;

No statement on the Website creates a warranty, guarantee, promise, or other obligation unless that statement is expressly included in a written service contract signed by an authorized representative of Ed Roofing.

Any warranty applicable to completed work must be stated in the applicable written service contract. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Ed Roofing arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid to Ed Roofing for access to or use of the Website during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. One hundred dollars ($100).

The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude or limit.

Disclaimers Do Not Affect Project Contracts

These Terms apply primarily to your use of the Website. They do not replace or modify any separate written contract governing roofing services.

A project contract may provide additional or different terms regarding warranties, limitations of liability, payment, cancellation, permits, insurance, scheduling, materials, change orders, dispute resolution, and responsibility for existing conditions.

No provision of these Terms is intended to waive or reduce any non-waivable consumer protection, contractor, cancellation, disclosure, or other legal right or requirement applicable to a roofing services agreement.

Dispute Resolution and Legal Rights

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Ed Roofing and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute. You may contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or pursuing remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights under applicable consumer-protection laws or legally required cancellation procedures.

If a written service contract contains dispute-resolution, arbitration, notice, or venue provisions, those provisions will govern disputes relating to the services covered by that contract.

No Waiver

Ed Roofing’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

Section 21

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ed Roofing concerning your use of the Website and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications regarding that subject.

These Terms do not supersede a separate written service contract governing roofing work.

Section 23

Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that communications, notices, disclosures, and agreements may be provided electronically, subject to applicable law.

Electronic communications and electronic signatures may be used in connection with estimates, service agreements, scheduling, invoices, notices, and other business transactions. An electronic signature or affirmative electronic acceptance may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.
