Rejuvenation packages
Three packages. One certified applicator. The free inspection picks the right one.
Roof rejuvenation is the flagship Ed Roofing Services scope — a lower-cost plant-based oil treatment that adds 5 to 10 years to an aging but still-sound asphalt shingle roof. The three packages below bundle how much of the prep, repair, and saturation work happens on a single afternoon. The free inspection is the step that picks the right package: a certified applicator walks the field, writes up the same-day photo-documented report, and matches what they see against the three. Standard is the highest-frequency Pompano Beach scope; Basic is the lowest-cost entry into the 5-year warranty window; Premium is the multi-pass saturation plus preventive flashing refresh for the roof that sees the most southern or western exposure.
Typical range
$1,800 – $3,400
Most standard rejuvenation scopes in South Florida land inside this band. Your number comes from the inspection.
What moves the Standard band — square footage, the count of small repairs folded into the same visit, and roof pitch.
- Square footage of the roof field
- Number of small repairs folded into the same visit
- Pitch — steep slopes take more coverage per square
What is included
- Pressure wash and surface prep
- Minor repairs folded into the same visit — lifted shingles, pipe boots, reseated flashing
- Plant-based oil application at standard coverage — no tear-off
- 5-year manufacturer warranty plus an application guarantee
- Photo-documented scope and same-day report
Best for
- 10–20 year asphalt shingle with cosmetic edge-lift or granule loss
- Sound deck, no active leak, no widespread storm failure
- The most common Pompano Beach scope — what the band was calibrated against
Typical range
$1,200 – $2,200
Most basic rejuvenation scopes in South Florida land inside this band. Your number comes from the inspection.
What moves the Basic band — square footage, roof pitch, and whether the inspection finds anything that needs folding in.
- Square footage of the roof field
- Pitch — steep slopes take longer per square
- Whether any small repairs need to fold into the same visit
What is included
- Pressure wash and surface prep
- Single-pass application of the plant-based oil treatment — no tear-off
- Same-day photo-documented scope and report
- 5-year manufacturer warranty filed with the report

Typical range
$3,000 – $4,800
Most premium rejuvenation scopes in South Florida land inside this band. Your number comes from the inspection.
What moves the Premium band — the saturation pass count driven by surface condition, plus the preventive flashing refresh if step or counter-flashing is at end of service life.
- How far the shingle has dried out — multi-pass coverage scales to surface condition
- Whether step flashing, apron flashing, or counter-flashing needs preventive refresh
- Southern or western exposure — UV bake-out increases the saturation pass count
What is included
- Pressure wash and surface prep
- Minor repairs folded into the same visit
- Multi-pass plant-based oil application for dry or brittle shingles
- Preventive flashing refresh — step, apron, and counter-flashing
- 5-year manufacturer warranty plus an extended application guarantee window

Three packages, not a menu of options.
Bands are typical South Florida ranges to help you decide whether to book the inspection — not a quote, not a maximum. Your real number comes from the photo-documented inspection report. The three packages here are not a menu of options to pick from on a phone call; the inspection tells us which scope fits and what it actually costs.

When rejuvenation isn’t the right fit
When rejuvenation isn’t the right fit
Most roofs are good candidates for rejuvenation — they just need cleaning, minor repairs, and a new sealant. But a few conditions are out of scope, and if we see any of them at inspection we’ll recommend the right fix instead.
- Rotting shingles, decking, or roof structure
- Badly curled or split shingles across a wide area — far past the cosmetic edge-lift the treatment can still save
- Structural or deck damage (sagging, soft spots, compromised framing)
- Major missing shingles from wind, storm, or long-deferred repair
We’re Ed Roofing — Sunrise-based, family-run. If any of these show up at our free inspection, we’ll recommend repair or full replacement — not push rejuvenation you don’t need.
