Ed Roofing Services runs three scopes, not a menu of options. Rejuvenation is the flagship — a lower-cost preventive treatment that adds years to an aging but still-sound shingle roof. Repairs are the targeted fix when one component failed. Full-service replacement is the track we recommend when rejuvenation is honestly out of scope. The free inspection is the step that picks the right scope for your roof.
What is included
- Pressure wash and surface prep
- Minor repairs folded into the same visit
- Plant-based oil sealant application — no tear-off
- 5-year manufacturer warranty plus an application guarantee
- Photo-documented scope and same-day report
Best for
- 10–20 year asphalt shingle, sound deck, cosmetic edge-lift only
- Granule loss in the gutters, no bald patches on the field
- No active leak — just an aging roof you want to extend
What is included
- Targeted replacement of the failed component — shingle, flashing, pipe boot, valley
- Photo-documented scope with the matching line item
- Single-afternoon completion for most scopes
- Preventive seal around the fix so the same path does not re-open
Best for
- A specific failure — wind-lifted shingle, cracked pipe boot, lifted flashing
- Localized active leak with the rest of the roof still sound
- Storm or wind damage on one slope only

- Full tear-off down to the deck
- Deck inspection and structural touch-up where needed
- Underlayment, flashing, and code-compliant shingle install
- New perimeter fascia and gutter refasten where the tear-off exposes it
- Photo-documented scope and warranty paperwork filed with the report

Tiers reflect how the work reads on the report — your real number comes from the photo-documented inspection, not a square-foot guess. We will not push a tier your roof does not need. If rejuvenation is out of scope for your roof, the inspection tells you that up front and we quote the actual fix instead.

Most roofs are good candidates for rejuvenation — they just need cleaning, minor repairs, and a new sealant. But a few conditions are out of scope, and if we see any of them at inspection we’ll recommend the right fix instead.
- Rotting shingles, decking, or roof structure
- Badly curled or split shingles across a wide area — far past the cosmetic edge-lift the treatment can still save
- Structural or deck damage (sagging, soft spots, compromised framing)
- Major missing shingles from wind, storm, or long-deferred repair
