The short read: we collect only what we need to scope your inspection, follow up on the quote you requested, and keep our records straight. We don't sell, trade, or rent your contact details to anyone.
What we collect
The basics you give us, and a few signals the form itself records.
When you request an inspection or a quote, you share your name, a phone or email, a service address, and a short description of what you're seeing on the roof. We keep that alongside any photos you send and the notes we take on-site.
Beyond what you submit directly, our form logs the usual technical signals — the time you arrived, the page you were on, and a rough geographic region — so we can follow up while the request is fresh and spot anything obviously mis-routed.
How we use it
Scoping your inspection, following up, and keeping our books honest.
The information you send is used to route your project to the right inspector, write a fixed-price quote after the site visit, and reach back out when we have an answer. We use it to keep our records straight and to follow up on the request you started.
We don't sell or share your contact details with third-party marketers. If a referral partner is involved, we tell you first.
